RIAD has started its business on the objectives of transforming Global Travel Industry. While Travel industry has many scopes to digitalize and innovate, from the very start, RIAD has been focused on the B2B (Business to Business) domains.
Unlike B2C (Business to Customer) Side of travel industry, where there are tremendous amount of investments and startups to foster innovations and new ideas,

RIA - First ever Artificial Intelligence for B2B Travel Service

RIA is LLM (Large Language Model) Ai (Artificial Intelligence) run on RIAD Engine. We have accumulated our domain knowledges through actual transactions between travel agents and Hotels over the time, and made Ai to study the habits, knowledge, input-output relations for business counterparts, making the RIA as our main services for travel agents.

RIAD Tech Team은 Product Owner, Front/Backend Engineer, Product Designer 등 다양한 분야의 전문가와 문제 해결사들이 모인 집단입니다. 우리는 Global B2B Travel 시장의 모든 구성요소(항공, 숙박, 투어 등)의 DB를 제공하는 RIAD 서비스 그리고 이 모든 DB에 대한 자유로운 검색과 거래 자동화를 위한 RIA AI를 만들어나가며 Global B2B Travel 시장을 다음 시대로 진화시키고 있습니다.

전문가 집단의 일원으로서 각자의 전문 분야에 대한 탁월한 전문성 필수요소입니다. 이를 기반으로 각 구성원들은 근무형태, 근무시간 등 모든 부분에서 완전한 자율성을 보장받습니다. 완전한 자율성 아래에서 구성원들은 공동의 목표를 달성하기 위해 자신의 결과물에 대한 책임을 집니다. 이로써 자율과 책임에 대한 균형을 완성합니다.

Self-management: Monthly Goal, Weekly Iteration

RIAD Tech Team은 모든 구성원이 참여하여 매월 공동의 목표를 설정합니다. Monthly Goal은 전사 목표와 Align 하며 Bottom-up 형식으로 목표 달성을 위한 우선순위를 설정합니다. 또한 Monthly Goal을 달성하기 위해 매주 실현 가능성을 고려한 Weekly Task와 우선순위를 설정합니다. 매주 금요일 Weekly Task에 대한 자축/회고와 함께 달성하지 못한 Task가 있다면 이를 달성하기 위한 완료 계획을 포함하여 투명하게 공유합니다. 우리는 Monthly Goal 설정, Weekly Iteration을 통해 공동의 목표를 달성합니다. 이 과정에서 개인별 목표 설정, 실행, 평가를 통해 Self-management 역량을 기르며 주도적 성장을 할 수 있도록 합니다.
